As followers of Chist we are called to grow in grace and knowledge on our journey towards Christ. That sort of growth and discipleship comes through study of the Word and fellowship with other believers. We realize though, that not all of us learn in the same ways. Some love a good flow of discussion where people share openly, while others prefer a more structured lecture style of learning.
Here at GSC, we do our best to offer a wide variety of classes in a wide variety of style. Some of our groups are purly Bible study groups, while others may study a specific book or topic. Some groups are structured and lecture style, while others are a more open discussion style group. Whatever catches your interest and fits your style - we encourage you to get connected through our Adult Study Groups.

Our adult book study groups are a great time of fellowship, conversation, and challenging growth that are great for people who love to read, or even just enjoy a great discussion group.
Starting in January 2010, we will begin reading The Ragamuffin Gospel by Brennan Manning. As stated on Amazon.com, "Brennan Manning wrote The Ragamuffin Gospel "for the bedraggled, beat-up, and burnt-out," the marginalized folks to whom Jesus ministered: the children, the ill, the tax collectors, the women. In other words, the ragamuffins. Manning understands better than most that behind our facades of order and self-assurance are inadequacies that can find healing only in Jesus. While the powerful and religious elite challenged him, Jesus embraced and healed and fed the needs of the ragamuffins. Jesus delivered love, healing, and, most of all, grace."
More information on dates on times will be posted as soon as available. The book can be purchased at most local book stores or...

From NPH.com, "The Kingdom Experiment is a challenge to live this kingdom intentionally. It won't be easy. And it may get uncomfortable. But if you commit to live what a carpenter started 2000 years ago, you too will experience the kingdom He spoke of... The point of The Kingdom Experiment is
community. And to share stories while we're at it. To grapple with what "good news" means in the context of this specific time and place. The Kingdom Experiment is an 8-week challenge, but who says it has to end there."
